+2 on the veal, us neither. And on this 10 day cleanse my wife and I just completed, the processed foods were totally eliminated. It's a good idea, my body feels amazingly different for the gooder now. :)
We have eliminated a lot of sugars and starches but have kept fish, red meats and poultry in.

Shoot, I was positive at the end of that recipe that you were just supposed to toss out the veggies and drink the flavored beer!

If vegetarians want to save all the animals, why do they eat all their food? :D

Like my brother said at some fancyish restaurant that had several courses. The waiter was asking soup or salad for the first course.

    Salad?!

Salad is what my steak ate, not what people eat!

If people were not meant to eat cows, then why are they made of food?

Reminds me of the Primal Blueprint I was talking about in another thread. = Meat good. Veggies good. Grains not good. Refined sugar not good (and it is in almost everything). Highly processed food not good. Check out the Primal Blueprint if you are interested in that kind of stuff. Has good, logical "stuff" in it on eating and exercising. He is very into eating wild meats and meat from animals that are only grass fed. Not fed corn and other grains. LOL I always thought corn was a vegetable. :emb: Nope. Grain. LOL (And it, or some form of it, is in almost everything as well.)

It is almost impossible to get away from processed food these days. I still eat processed things everyday. Just try like hell to eat the stuff that is healthier than the other stuff! LOL
