Got some started this morning. Pork sausage, London broil, smoked pork loin, bell pepper, tomatoes, onions, jalapenos, spices - beans will be added later

Looks good. I wouldn't have thought to use pork in chili. Just beef.

Still trying to convince the GF of this.
Chili was originally a stew of meat and some peppers.

    Looks great

Chili with beans or no beans is a HUGE debate on another forum I frequent

I'm in the pro beans camp. I made some white bean chicken chili for dinner tonight. Good stuff, but more of a stew than chili

    Love chili.
Had some yesterday. I usually just buy the Bush or another brand of chili beans, and add my own spices.
Simple, and gooder, especially with some home made bread.:dancer:
basod, are you sure that's enough? If I don't make at least double that, there's no leftovers. Love leftovers.

With just two of us that should be enough for a couple gallon freezer bags and a couple bowls for the game tonight
