    Haha.

    Clemson FORestry

I am a Clemson graduate and a forester who majored in forestry. I shortened it so it's not as long and it's more cryptic.

Recently got a Casper mattress, $800 delivered, it's great, highly recommend. Use your existing box springs.
It's firm but very comfortable. I think u will like it.

Right where I need to be.
FWIW...I bought a matress from BedinaBox a few years back. Takes a little getting used to, but very glad I bought it.

Sometimes buying a mattress was worse than buying a car, in terms of being able to compare different models. Foam (whether memory foam, PVC, latex, whatever) is always going to be warmer than springs, since it's a great insulator, compared to a spring mattress which is basically hollow. Some foam mattresses are designed with air channels to improve circulation, which might help. I have memory foam Casper, but prefer use cotton Serta (here review from Jonsguide) good quality and budget

We started down the whole shopping trail, then BJ'S sent out their monthly coupon book, and we got a name brand for a great price, we are BJ's members, one year plus and we're still happy.
BJ's regular price is still better than anyone else

    *Update*
Been almost two full years on the Casper. Love it! None of the aches and pains I used to wake up with.

I see they have several different models. Do you know which one you got?

Yes...I slept with/on a really good one named Tina for 10 years, and I knew she was because everyone in town told me she was! That was the Tina, very social model...

Then I slept with/on one named Patty for 6 years, and while that model never slept on/with anyone else; she did not sleep with me either. This is a family site so I cannot spell out the exact name of that model, but it rhymes with Hitch Model.

Now I got the Katie Model, and despite some aches and pains, I'll sleep with/on that for the rest of my life. All things considered, she is a very good model (literally too as she has done some professional modeling), but sadly God only made one model like that, and if you ever see my face (attacked by chainsaw and now a surgeon), I am fortunate to have her all things considered.

Mattress is a plain jane model Spring Air, had a 2" topper from Overstock (generic brand) for years, switched to 1.5" Big One from Kohls with cooling gel a couple years ago.

    Here's what I ordered:

    Casper Pillow
    Size: Standard
    Qty: 2
    $125

    The Casper Mattress
    Size: Twin
    Qty: 2
    $650

The prices are per pillow/mattress. I know that the pillows are a little steep, but two years later we think they were a good investment

    Mon plaisir!
You'll probably pay somewhere close to the same; it was two years ago and I'm sure prices have risen, but those were CDN$, not US$ which would be less for you

I still dont see how you can buy a matress offline? You cant feel how it feels till its in your house. Sure they i am sure have money back gaurentee. Do they ship back for free? Even if so who want to keep shipping a mattreas back till your hapoy with it?

I guess my point is not every "firm" matress lays the same or has the same firmness, nor would every "plush" mattress.
