    Local town has a law stating your garbage cans can't be seen from the road. After getting fined guy was told to he had to fence in the cans. This he did ......then he had a vinyl sign place make a disgusting looking garbage can picture wrap for the fence.
    If this happened to me I think my response would earn me more than 15 days in jail.
