    This is from the “still giveth” score on our neighbor’s land; from the logging operation.

    Looks like this log rolled off the deck last winter.

    How I got the rounds to our property (just over the stone wall): Gravity!

    I asked a lot of the MS250 today; this was a lot for it to cut. Took me a full tank of gas to get through this log. 18” bar on the saw.

    Any guesses on the wood? Maple? Oak?

    It was probably humorous from afar; watching my wife and I trying to heave these around. I ended up “dumping” the trailer, the rolling the round in. We would then lift up the trailer and seat it for transport. Had to do a similar routine hen unloading. If you hit the release lever, that trailer would have tilted in a hurry!
