You have missed my point altogether. And to be clear, making you think my life is somehow better than yours was not it. I'm sorry you have taken it that way.

 

I have the "T snake" set for some slow cooking tomorrow. I'll put the drip tray in after lighting and slow smoke some baked beans I have mixed up.

Well, I decided to turn the Treager back into the pellet fired oven it came as so we have an outdoor oven to bake in during the heat of summer. The new charcoal unit is supposed to be here before July 4th. Fingers crossed.

It was pretty good for a frozen pie. Screaming Sicilian meat lovers. I added some extra cheese.

 

Finally received the new smart charcoal grill today. It came in two large boxes totaling 192 pounds. Tomorrow I'll season it. It came with everything pictured. I'll get more pics when I'm cooking on it.
