Well then, have a on me. Brother's heading over tomorrow for some more work on the highly valuable Walnut. Be prepared for more boring .
He didn't get here until after 2, but we got more done. Planed down about 4 times this much, but no pic of the final count. Maybe later. No wonder Walnut is so highly valuable........this stuff is beautiful.
Wow, till today I never knew this thread existed. Glad it's resurrected. Let's see.. Popcorn Beer Yep, all set.
Well, I have absolutely zero room to talk, Chazsbetterhalf still asks me when I'll finally get my woodshop in order. I also have some "highly valuable" BW that I hope to reface our kitchen cabinets with.
Chaz not to worry my wife told me reminders every 4 months was not nagging!! It was helping She found an old honey do list.. 3 pages it was mostly complete
Something like this Grindmaster 77710E Twin 10 Gallon Automatic Mid Line Coffee Urn - 120/208V, 1 Phase might be adequate.
Bathroom breaks, bedroom breaks, boiler room breaks? Let the confuzzlement continue. We decided to take a boardroom break (get it? ) today, but I went out and milled down another 3 a bit earlier. There'll be an upper cab and a lower cab. Upper needs sides about 54" and we're having a tough time getting decent boards for that. Edge joining seems to be in our future. So, I found (don't remember how or why) that Titebond makes a "dark" PVA glue that folks swear by for Walnut. Brother ordered a couple small bottles, so that'll get tested before the real assembly begins.
Shifting gears for a hot minute.......I now need to put up the dog run fencing. Started measuring out the post spacing just now, and we'll be getting the posts within a day or 2. Gotta' check the local hardware for stock. This was planned for whenever the screened room got done, but no idea when that's happening, so it needs done before it gets too cold to dig holes. Are we having fun yet?
