Sheesh, I wouldn't be driving anything that came from that company - upgrade or not.

    Not another penny.

    It's a lemon.

I hope you post this info at TBN, send the links from threads to corporate.

It’s on TBN. They either don’t pay attention to it or don’t care. I don’t know.

I hate seeing how your tractor keeps letting you down, maybe see if you can change the title of this thread to include the word "problems" at the end, so it shows up better on google, might help the corporate folks pay a bit more attention.

Gasifier, so sorry to hear all your tractor troubles. I'd have a lawyer sending letters to corporate! :headbang:..... go get a consultation, and get him to write up a threatening letter for $200 bucks!

I've been following this thread, and I agree with Brian on this. You clearly have demonstrated a loss of use and personal time. I'm not a fan of lawyers, but it seems the next step needs to happen. They need to make things right and figure out what the problem is on their time.

Winter is upon us, and you have a faulty machine that most likely won't work when you need it to.

I hope not to bring negativity to this thread by saying the above, but you are obviously frustrated with the lack of resolution.

Positive thoughts to you that something good happens out of this on your terms.

Tractor still down at their garage. I stopped in today to ask for a copy of all warranty work performed on my tractor. No one there knew how to get into it and print it off.

A different mechanic who works on small equipment said he and Mahindra mechanic went around and around on that Mahindra. Still haven’t figured it out.

I just recently called two big wigs at Mahindra and left them voicemails with my name and number and details of this most recent problem. And that they have tried to fix it three times now. The third time was when their area representative came and tried and told me he fixed it and then I used it in front of him and it failed inside of ten minutes. now they are on the fourth time.

Told them it’s time for Mahindra and dealer to do the right thing and give me another tractor or buy this one back.

Really hard to believe neither has done that yet. But I’m sitting here with no tractor and watching it happen.

As the others have said Gas, it's time your going to have to "Lawyer Up". Hate to say it, but it certainly appears the Mahindra people are just stalling you off hoping you get frustrated enough to give up. In certainly can understand how frustrating this whole debacle is.

Call them. Every day. Have your friends start calling them. I'll do it. Send me the number.

    Lawyer up.

Oh boy, that would suck for them. This whole ordeal is really a debacle.

So, is it just this particular model that is an issue, or just your particular tractor?

Well, these specific problems could be a model issue, but the way they are handling this is a company issue!

We had a Mahindra dealership open in this area. It lasted about a little over a year before it folded. John Deere had been in this area for ages but their corporate gurus decided they needed to centralize about 6 years ago. Now if you want to play JD here you get to drive 125 kms. to the closest dealer. Kubota, Case and Kioti are left............They all seem to have their problems just like any other vehicle. I decided to look at which Brand and Dealer would stand by their product the best. Kubota seemed to fit that need.
    Time will tell.

I haven't had such an interest in a thread as I have in this one, in a long time. This is terrible Gasifier, I keep checking in here to see what has happened... It baffles me how the company has handled everything.
I'm not overly impressed with the dealer either.
I hope you post your experience (detailed) on every tractor forum on the net. I know this debacle will be in mind for years, and I know I won't hesitate to share your story everytime I hear the "M" word come out of someone's mouth either.

My buddy had a tech from the Mentor, Ohio area Subaru dealership hit a deer with his car when the tech was driving it to night school. Hitting websites and getting others involved can move the needle in your direction.

    https://thegarage.jalopnik.com/dealership-employee-borrows-then-wrecks-customers-brand-1683126379

The kicker was the fact that comments on the way the dealer was handling the situation took over the "Puppy Bowl" feed that Subaru sponsored on Super bowl Sunday.

The vice president of North American Subaru operations called my buddy at 9 Monday morning and told him the car would be replaced.
