It's a HI & LO convection fan switch which I rarely use on high, at your discretion:)

This has the variable fan speed on the knob that says Stove Temp and Room Temp. I guess I will have to follow the wires.....after it warms up a few degrees. Maybe I will fire the stove up again and push the switch to see what happens

Yes,older Accentras and XXV's had the hi-low switch.I believe you will find if you ever have to replace the fan motor,it no longer has the extra wire, you loose the low feature, which was kind of redundant anyway.

causes all kinds of concerns with older stoves (Accentra F/S and XXV)......people swear its the wrong blower, etc......that switch got eliminated before they came out with the UL feeders

Yeah, I thought so seeing as it has an adjustable blower speed.

The P-series have a hi/lo fan - but on a dial. Maybe that is a homemade switch?

That's one of my pet peeves. I'm looking for a snowblower for my daughter. I messaged four people and only one got back to me. Must be nice to just ignore people wanting to buy what you're selling. If it's sold, take the darned ad down!
