Hello all, Whilst rummaging through my tool shed at work I noticed a well rubbed handle poking up from the rear of one of the maintenance benches. Due to the amount of crap plastered all over the benches it has only just come to my attention. Not bad, It only took 7 years to notice! Anyway, just thought I'd share this old boy with you all. I will most possibly restore and then hang it above the fireplace @ home. Should look all woodsman like by the time I finish. Cheers, iBB
That’ll make a beauty of a wall hanger, if its got some bite left in it you may want to run it thru some wood to remind ourselves how easy we have it with power tools!!!
Cool find. Different tooth pattern than I usually see... Mine hangs behind my wood stove but it still comes down for use in the woods when needed.
I have one that looks identical to that hanging on the wall of my shop. I know nothing about it other than an old timer gave it to me. I think that there might be a handle of some type that also went on the front of it. I will have to take a look at it later when I get back in the shop and see if it is the same as this.

Im on Clintonville Rd near the Northford line. Believe it or not there is a third North Haven member that im aware of. Not a buzzsaw though!
It just keeps getting stranger. Not far from me at all. And very familiar with the area. I grew up riding dirt bikes in the woods back there behind what is now Honeywell ( I remember when the old Picker Corp was originally built there ) . A lot has changed since then in town. Not sure on your age but did see a bottle of ibuprofen listed in you signature. That probably puts in the same age bracket. Ok now all I have to do is cruise up and down 22 and look for the biggest woodpile.
Still an occasional dirt bike heard. More of the model airplane club behind Honeywell. Are you on Mill rd? I moved to North Haven from Wallingford in 2010. I'll be 52 in April. Im BRAD by the way, but you probably figured that out already!

Dogs = Love them , have two black labs a 2 1/2 year old and a 1 year old ( a ton of energy there ) Beer ; well that's a no brainer. pics , I am into photography a little but not so good at posting pictures and all that technology. Guess I better work on that. Appreciate the welcome.
No just down from there but close. I have flown planes there myself. I am sure with the way things have changed since then you just cant ride like we did back then. I have a few years on you and was born , raised and probably stuck in town. Not really all that bad though. Sorry Brad ; I am Craig
