    From the info that has been posted it sounds like the guy sells split wood. I would think he takes whatever he can get from a logger or logs himself, runs the good straight stuff through his processor then sells the big, twisted, hollow stuff I could be wrong.

    You could ask him to send a pic of a load similar to what you would get?
