Anybody got a line on a reliable supplier? Looking for quality, correct quantity, wood type (prefer oak) and price last. NOT looking for 'cheap', short, or punk wood supplier(s).

    Thanks,
    Brian

-don't have any connections.....But I do remember seeing an ad on RICL the other day for 3cd loads for $330 stated it was all hardwood. I'll see if I can find it.

Thanks for the link. I had seen that one before but cannot get a dump truck where I want the wood- it will take truck with a grapple to swing the logs in place.

There are several sources of log- length firewood around, I was just wondering if anyone could vouch for one or more..... there are some pretty bad firewood sellers out there and it is bad enough to get one split "cord" of lousy firewood but I really do not want 7-9 cord of it. Especially if I have to cut it and split it before I can burn it.
