Here's one of my buddys oldest son , also a young friend of mine that just finished kemo at the time this pic was taken. He now has a clean bill of heath. I sure did enjoy this day. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
The mother-in-law wanted to thin out along her creek. I spent yesterday cutting and loading, while she piled and burned the branches and the rotten wood. Also found an IBC tote to use for more storage and some aluminum to add to the recycling pile. Most of this is elm, with some walnut and hackberry thrown in. Now to cut it all to length and get it split (glad I have hydraulics for the elm)
You got that right. Ailanthus weighs a ton when its wet but once it dries out there's nothing left. That will end up going up to camp for my October party.
Migration has begun mostly oak but some hard maple and cherry. Brought some rough sawn for projects too!
Here is a trailer load. Then the real heavy load. A 25' piece of angle. The pic is after I unstrapped it.
I just want to know how you stacked them that high out in the middle of nowhere. Did you have some mechanical assistance? When I load my truck with rounds that big I usually only go two levels high for fear I might loose control of one on the way up and do some damage... Nice Load and the truck looks content under it.
