That's what I was thinking I wonder what big is hey Eric VW can you fit a 16" round through the stove door? I know I have tried and I just couldn't quite get it in
It was 16" in diameter and I thought I could fit it in but it had some knots in it and I couldn't quite get it in lol....... Yeah I'm nuts but it was worth a shot I didn't want to split it lol
Think we've all tried to load "the BIGGUN" Often, to no avail What's worse is trying to "hatchet" it to size in the basement here.... More of a workout than I care to be involved in!
I knew you were just giving me a hard time I like to have around 4x4. Sometime a peice will be too big then when I gets resplit I'll end up with a couple of little splinters. I saw a couple loads of wood a guy bought and there were some huge pieces in it. I bet some were 8-9'' wide. It looked like most of it needed split again.
My truck has had a long vacation from hauling wood. It's due a good heavy haul. Here is a pic of my last truck. 8.1 liter GMC and the diesel dually.
The old girl hauled a copy like this. Good amount of noodles, this old man can't pick up those rounds. A good 22" dbh my guess.
