Seems that way doesnt it? Its the FHC app for a flip phone...i wish. The last two BL scores were from CL/FBM. I have a few areas as well where ive yet to exhaust the downed wood.
It is a well known fact on here that i have locust mania! :loco:  Hoping for 6-7 more PU fulls by the end of April.

I admire your tenacity Brad! I haven’t been able to cut near the firewood I did last year, and there’s a part of me that really misses it! Keep up the good work! I’m sure you’ll have your 6-7 truck loads by the end of April:yes:

Another load. Only had one tank of fuel, so cut to 6’. Red maple, white pine and a few white oak sticks. Impromptu headache rack installed in front of the high ones.

Nice! Ive done similar on scores...cutting longer lengths that is. The cage on my ladder rack is so bowed from wood hitting it. Cant imagine how many times the back window has been saved by it.
    Nice FHC improvision there SITM!

For this load, I loaded from the side rather than from the back. I know I’m playing with fire with that back window. Loading from the side ensures there is no forward momentum on the wood.

Smart move. I mostly load from the back. Can you bring a piece of plywood/osb to stand up for protection if needed?

Yeah. That would be the smart thing to do. If Im going long distance like I was today, on the highway, I generally stay below the rails. When I stack higher, I always consider what would happen if I jam on the brakes. But one can’t be lucky forever.

Envy your Oak sticks! Just what I need for some Shiitake mushroom cultivation. Nice load there.
