Been loadin er up this past week, when it gets hot seems to be when I get the free time to do it unfortunately. A coworkers neighbor had a big ash taken down and he asked if I wanted to take the wood. Big ash sounded great at first, then I showed up to find out it was a yard tree and is made of crotches. Had this truckload and another just like it that I forgot to take a picture of. Then went back with the trailer, got this load and then had a tire go flat. Thank the Lord it went flat after I got back to the house with it Then went back and got another load, mostly just burn pile stuff unfortunately. And still another couple loads of burn pile stuff to pick up to get it out of the guys yard too. Then after that load went and picked up some ash from another place that I cut a couple months ago but hadn't had a chance to get picked up yet.
It was already bucked buZZsaw BRAD, the inconsistent lengths and 30 degree cuts definitely aren't my style lol
GA.......about 20 miles from home. Good friend on the edge of the Easter tornado, went by his house, over his pond, he had some big sweet gum trees fall in the pond, this oak was just off the pond. Edge of his yard.
My 64 is in the truck now. Going to get a few loads and I know some will need noodled. Plus it’s a good reason to run a saw!!
So the hay was not cut yet. False alarm on my friends part. Did cut a piece the wife wants for up at the road. Address and name will get burnt in.
