Hey, Welcome to the Forums Makizo_Japan! Nice to have you here!!! :handshake: I have "Thousands of hours driving a "tiger" truck like your's. The US Military base I worked on had about 25 of them, They imported them for the military all over the U.S. We also had some made by Daihatsu as well.

How much weight is it rated for? Looks cool but somewhat light duty.

It's not meant for what he's doing! It's more of a support truck, delivery, light hauling etc... "Maybe" a 1000lbs at Max

Thanks. I don’t know where to start... somebody removed them and forgot to put them back on. I’ve been tempted to put a pull cable engagement on there, but I don’t have a warm place to work on it yet.

Hi all, thank you for accepting me!
I’m happy to be in this club, because I’m also firewood hoarder!

This light-truck is called K-truck. K is the smallest 4 wheel car category in Japan car regulation.
It must be less than 11.15 feet long, 4.86 feet wide, 6.56 feet high, 40.28 ‪cu.in‬. of engine displacement and also 771.6 lb of loading capacity.
My K-truck was produced by SUBARU 27 years ago and the model name is Sambar. BTW, some fans of Sambar are joking around calling it a Farm Road Porsche, because the drive system is Rear Engine and Rear Wheel Drive.

One of the strengths is easy loading. 3 walls are gates, and all gates open! The height of the platform is only 2feet.[IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG]

Never seen the Subaru model, but here's the link of some of the "tigers". They look just like them, Versa was another company as well as Daihatsu I drove. Nice little rig, although my knees hit the steering wheel, it was kinda small inside!

    Miserable rain here,,

Are you looking for the lines that run from the shift linkage of the transfer gearcase to the front end?

Greendohn, yes. The pair of vacuum lines that lock/unlock the front axle.

I'll try to get those,,sooner than later.
The good wife had left the garage door open about 10" for the cat,,my garage floor was a wet mess yesterday, built a fire in the garage stove so it should be dry out there.
I'll do what I can with my crap phone.
    Will come up with something.

dodge vacumn lines for engaging the transfer case - Bing images

Here is information for vacuum lines for transfer cases. Any help? I bought an '01 Dodge and that line would come unhooked each time I got it into deep snow. I traded it for an '03 four door, no more issues. Sorry I am not any more help.

Makizo, welcome, really like that truck. Would be so practical and useful with bedsides that fold down. USA truck manufacturers seem stuck on their designs.

Checked CL around 1, saw an ad for free ash posted a couple hours prior, got outta work at 3:30 and drove straight to the spot to pick up wood and ran into another scrounger. We helped load eachother's trucks, geeked out a bit over burning and went on our ways. Good long overdue load!
