    Yea not half way but a way to kill 6 or 7 off the total trip. It's a long haul for me up there!! My house is only like 15 miles from the GA line!!o_O

    You are probably further than I am but the trip was not bad at all....except from Albany east.

    I still highly recommend going up to hwy 4 rather than taking 7 & 9. Funny when I was checking our gas mileage. On that leg going from Albany to I-91 we got 30 mpg. We got gas 4 times. 3 tanks of gas we got over 35 mpg but that one tank getting only 30 really cut down the average. But, we still averaged over 34 and most of the trip was 70-75 mph.

    You move right along. I seldom ever go over 65 mph. Cindy will go as fast as she can get away without my complaining. If I am not in any time constraints, I will travel the off highway roads and avoid any major towns.
