    It is super great to see all these young people enjoying the outdoors and especially the wood cutting. This no doubt will continue with them for life and that is good. I remember many, many, many moons ago also really liking to be a part of the wood cutting, splitting and stacking even though I had to do most of it when nobody was around. They tried to protect me because I was so small and weak (from polio). I fooled them though and even taught myself how to split wood somewhere around when I entered into the first grade in school.

    Thanks to all who posted pictures and/or comments about their children being involved. Love to see this.
