If you can keep it going strong, the memories are the best part. Thanks for the snow pics too... I needed that after today's heat and humidity...

 

Cool weather is on its way. only 40 degrees out at 05:30 when I got up this morning.

 

I used a 79 F-150 4x4, offroad til I got the tractors. You don't wanna see a pic of it I could put a big load on it and would barely squat.

This was replaced this year with a dump trailer. It was a 78 F-350 351M, 4 speed, 12' PTO dump



Now I use the tractors offroad

Here is the dump trailer. It is a Sure-Trac 82''x12' 12k gross

 

Nice gear 94BULLITT ... smooth stone drive to carry loads over too. Looks like a beautiful area.

Truck and old wood hauler


New wood hauler. It's a big improvement over the old one. This one is rated for 14k.

 

Yeah, the gigantic diesel engine keeps the front firmly planted and the cargo is over the rear axle if not slightly ahead so both axles get loaded. Full of green wood I'm hauling about 4000# back there. Well over 11000 gross.

 

This old GMC with a CAT is still going after 410,000 miles.
20' dump bed.

 

Now that will haul the wood and is in very nice condition! Use it a lot, Matt?

Just delivered 2 loads of Hedge in log form last Saturday, to an OWB guy.
Use it to move round bales too.

I'll run any piece of equipment, but really got a soft spot for the big Ford trucks.
