Just can’t seem to stop long enough to get that scenic shot. Rode a little over 200 today with my wife. We went up rt 235 and back, through Carlisle Pa. Hit a bbq joint there that was fantastic!

Smacked a butterfly and immediately had to stop. Ick!

2015 dr200 with 125 miles. Great price, so I bought it. Should be a fun commute/trail bike in addition to my 08 klr650

Just got back from a quick 2200 mile tour of N. Minnesota, N. Wisconsin, and The U.P. of Michigan. They wouldn’t let us enter Canada we tried. Both bikes ran strong and no speeding tickets. My son and I both need new rear tires before our September Colorado jaunt. We got time.

North of Bayfield Wisconsin is an indian reservation. We checked out their firewood processing Facility. Two Quonset buildings one full one half full.

then a tribal cop in a Tahoe pulled in and asked us to leave so we promptly did so

Cancer sucks! John Britten died at 45. That bike is 25 years old. Imagine what else he could have created.

Exactly. I was telling my wife about that bike, and how he and a few others made that entire bike.

While we were there, in the same historic bikes exhibition, there were no less than 5 classic airhead boxer BMW's.

They sold a ton of those things in the states...there seems to be one in every other garage! I was shocked how many are still around when the dealership I was working at took on the BMW line...they just seem to come out of the woodwork!

Not to mention they last forever and you can still get parts for just about anything.

I have motor biked to Alaska twice from Wisconsin. 2200 miles is nothing to a long rider?

I should point out my friend, I did not “like” your post because your fine state is on fire.
I liked it because it was a good pic? I hope we are good,,,
