My 1972 Suzuki Tc 125 prospector. Had one as a kid so naturally couldn't resist this when it popped up on CL two years ago! I love vintage!
I've somehow missed this thread until now! Lots of nice motorbikes in this thread! Not very many Trumpets on here, so I'll add mine. 2012 675R Street Triple. Bought it new in 2012. First ever road bike. I don't know how any bike could be more fun to ride.
Thank you. I like it a lot. The Muskie bucket is one of my regular pit stops when out on the motorcycle. I am blessed to live near a ton of great riding.
I live 3 hrs away but kept saying when we were close how great those roads would be on a motorcycle! Beautiful scenery there.
I have been working on my own personal conquest of S.E. Ohio's highways. The list is getting shorter, but the roads are getting farther away.
I love those old Wings, I've owned 5 of them, 1976 GL1000, 1984 GL1200 X2, 1990 GL1500 and a 2003 GL1800.......
My 6 yr. old grandson came home today with a new ride. This is some vintage bike from the 70's that one oh is uncles picked up and restored. He took to it real quick.
Careful, before y'all know it he will be riding one of those BIG Harley's. I rode one similar to one in the picture while doing a camping thing when I was a tiny chit. I ended up falling off it in some gravel and tore up my left knee. I tried taking a picture of it, but I was told it didn't turn out. (It was probably too gross) See, I was a firecracker even back then!
Nice. I had one just like that, shoulda kept it, but someone offered me a lot of money for it ...ridin a '90 1500SE now...
Two tone pearl white? Mine has almost 130k miles on it now...I am not the one that put most of them on it though. The PO did a "perimeter of the US" ride (all in 2 weeks!) right before he traded it off on a new 1800. I was working at the dealer at that point...the bike was kinda ratty and needed 4th gear replaced when it came in...they sold it to me CHEAP. After a lot of TLC, it looks and runs great, especially for a 25 YO bike
