Here are some pictures from Wellsville, OH. Same location, one being a pic from the spring and the second one is from last weekend. That's my buddy on my 300ex. I'm in the middle on the yz250f, with another buddy on another yz250f (I use to own that one too).
I've been wondering if you could still ride there...I thought I had heard it was closed for riding or something
I had a buddy with 8 friends come up from MD to ride..... I left the camera in the truck We had a nice ride, about 50 miles each way up to Moosehead Lake. Below are all the great pics I didn't take. We ate a lot of dust and then got drenched from the rain and then the puddles. Good fun!
I have been down that section in my truck back in 2010 I think? Left the place with battle scars. Great offroading spot if you don't mind taking body damage.
A friend of mine had this old Kawasaki Bayou 220 thats been sitting in his barn for the past few years. Told me he needed the workspace and for me to come and get it. Already got it home and figuring out what parts need to be ordered. Good compression holding at 150. Tank needs to be cleaned. I'll get it going and let my son have this one.
This is right by the forbidden zone campground. Jeeps go up the spot right behind us all the time. I was there a few weeks back. Rode solo; so I played it safe, but couldn't resist hitting a few nasty climbs. It's by far my favorite place to ride.
Don't know "how" I missed this thread? The first pic is a group of us at Tall Pines ATV park in Andover, NY. The Place is really fun and lots of miles to cover! The last pic is my/our three, loaded up ready for the trip.
Nice! Those are bullet proof. What do you think it needs, outside of a plug, oil change, and filters?
Well the gas tank needed to be cleaned real bad! Probably the most gummed up carb I have ever seen. For the same price as a kit I got a new carb. I did get it running. So new carb, fuel filter, oil change and a plug. Im painting both racks now and figuring out something for headlights. But as of now I dont have much in it.
Good deal. I bought a pair of these exact LED lights for my bayou. If you cut the housing out, which it looks like yours is missing anyways, these will mount directly into the stock spot, on the stock light mount. These are super bright btw. 4X 18W 4 inch Flood Beam LED Work Light Bar Driving Fog Light 4X4 ATV Boat | eBay
I was probably going to pick up a led bar and mount on the front rack since the housing is busted off. Been looking on ebay for one.
I actually only have one of the lights mounted on my bayou, and it's very bright. Once I mount the other light, I can't imagine wanting any more light. A light bar of any length will be insanely bright.
