    My trip to the therapist was pretty complete… did about an hours worth of simple tests to determine where I have pain and how it occurs. Seems like if I can get my hips a little more flexible I'll have less pain. So I have a daily exercise regimen… and twice a week (for now) trips to the whirlpool for therapy.
