Let’s see some livestock

Yeah we definitely have some updates to our livestock. Sassy had her babies 3rd weekend of May. First pic here was hours before she gave birth. Second photo is all those babies with mama together before we started selling them. Third photo is Steven, our boar. He came back from his other gene passing down and beefed up a bit. And last is our newest addition, Cherry Pie. We'll see if she got bred... enjoy!

How's this? Our cow Clover feeding three calves. Only one of them is hers.

 

I hope her calf gets its share! Looks like she is holding her condition so far. Re-bred yet?

 

Taken early spring I think. All those calves are weened. Yeah....she is bred back, and probably was when the picture was taken.

 

Picked up this chonky ram today in VT. Looking forward to introducing him to the ladies this fall.

Our milk cow Annabelle gave us a heifer calf yesterday.

 

Nother bucket of pigs born here last week.
There's none of em in there....

 

Hauled in the last of this years hay in yesterday. Glad to be done.
