    Wow I have neglected this thread TurboDiesel.

    Ok let’s rewind to July last year when I purchased a near new galvanised staircase that was almost perfect fit for my mezzanine and some handrail down in Melbourne.

    My friend Mark came around to help me unload the staircase and handrails.

    We unloaded using the overhead crane rail built in to my shed.

    Next we fabricated some brackets and a support leg to adapt the staircase to the mezzanine.

    We loaded them up on the old ute and drove down to Geelong and dropped them off to get hot dipped galvanised so it would match the rest of the shed frame.

    a week later Chino and I drove down there and picked them up.

    One of the Floor joists was removed and the stair brackets were installed then the joist was cut to fit either side of she staircase opening and reinstalled.

    Then the Staircase was lifted in to place.

    I am happy how it fit in fairly neat, I think it looks good.
