In our kitchen we have recessed flush mount can lighting with LED bulbs in the ceiling. There is a group of five lights on a single dimmer switch that we are having an issue with. Two out of those five lights flicker when the dimmer is turned all the way up. It happens with different bulbs in these two specific light fixtures but not in any of the other ones that are tied into this switch or any of the other switches in the kitchen. When we turn the dimmer down slightly the flickering goes away. What is most likely the issue? Is it the dimmer? Those two fixtures in the ceiling? Something else?
Make sure you have dimable LED bulbs as not all are dimable. Can LED Lights be Dimmed? All About LED Dimming Problems - LampHQ You may also need a special LED dimmer switch.
When I bought the house in 2009 I installed Pass and Seymour dimmer switches but not sure if they are LED specific, probably not if I did it in 2009 right? Does anyone have a brand/model LED dimmer switch that they recommend?

I would try to get info on your dimmer switch and then search it to see if it is LED compatible. Maybe try some dimmable LED bulbs first?
I just verified that the bulbs are dimmable and I've had this issue with several brand new bulbs in the same spot in the ceiling. I have the bulbs in other parts of the kitchen and the pantry and it's only two bulbs out of all of them tied into this switch that are flickering. It seems like it's the switch. Has anyone used the Home Depot Lutron LED dimmer switches?
