    Clean the dryer vent with a leaf blower, just like you would a pellet stove chimney.
    Youtube video, of course, as well.

    Don that project came out awesome.
    Couple inputs on a deeper cabinet overhead:
    Someday you or someone else may want top load machines the door should be able to clear the cabinet.
    Before you mount the cabinet may want to knock a hole in the sheetrock behind it for an under cabinet light you have the extra plug there that could be used as well.

    This is the project in my house that I have been dragging my feet on as I have to relocate the well receiver and hotwater heater a few feet, and replace the tile. It was a really poorly thought out design from the original construction and I'm on a slab to complicate relocating pipes

    I was going to mention that the cabinets shouldn't be too low in case you replace the washing machine with a top loader. Our cabinets are just a touch too low for the washing machine we have now. Nice looking job on the reno. Much nicer place to do laundry.
