    NOT gonna happen Chaz , I enjoy the workout and splitting straight to the stack, using my pickaroon slinging 14-16” rounds straight to the beam...but the merit is in having the option and not stupidly lifting something that could cause injury—-Its whatever works for the person and I love this place—-As you have noticed, chicken or the egg applies to splitting styles too and will outlast us all...:handshake:

    We had a pretty good storm come thru here in March but is now starting to warm up. I am just starting to see a little bit of green in the grass lands. I fixed my backhoe, the steering broke a hydraulic line so I will be able to move the larger rounds of wood around a lot easier. Looking forward to summer that is for sure. When winter first starts in I am always excited about firing up the stove and watching the fire and feeling nice and cozy but by the time March comes around I am way over that. Keep up the good work your place is looking good.
