This is the second time I have seen a laser guide on local plow trucks. I had to google it. It is used to show where the trailing edge of the plow will be when going down a road or in a highway lane. It looks like a pretty neat concept. I have never seen a trailer plow shown in the video either.
Dittos. I Googled the actors this evening. The main star didn't age well. Or I'm getting old and just didn't realize how old that show was by now.

That's why my mailbox post is 4" schedule 40 steel pipe made to swivel. Got tired of repairing the old wood post multiple times per season.
My mailbox post is a 6" auger from a piece of green farm equipment. A plow has nothing for it. The mailbox itself is a different story though.
I was behind a tow plow on the highway the other day. Covering 2 lanes plus some shoulder. I was surprised how fast he could swing the trailer when he came across a car on the shoulder. Plowing at about 50mph.
