    I've been working on cleaning up our sheep paddock and adding some french drains. I had my L3710 for FEL and box grader owrk. My friend lent me his BX23S TLB for trenching. I would have loved to have rented an excavator, but I couldn't turn down the offer from my friend for free use of his BX23S. Saved me several hundred dollars, but definitely much slower than an excavator.

    I thought it may have been there as a "phycological" training device for the sheep knowing that there's always a dinner table handy.:D

    Looks great mike bayerl
    Your comments about the excavator versus little backhoe made me think of when I plow snow with my 6’ wide bucket. I really wish for a frame-mounted hydraulic angled 10’ plow. However, whenever I shovel snow from the porch area into the bucket, I’m reminded of just how much work that small bucket gets done.

    I took it off to hook up the box blade, I want to level some ground for new woodstacks.

    BTW.. I su¢€ at the three point setup so far.
    :hair::doh:

    I fought with that thing for probably a half hour, till I remembered I had pics on the phone of how it should attach.
    :picard:

    I'm sure I'll improve over time, but it had me in a fit today in full sun and humid as heck.
