1st order of business - demolition. My property has had this junk old job trailer rotting away in the woods for 35 years. I'm tearing it into pieces and scraping or burning the entire trailer. I tried to get it hauled off whole but the scrap yards dont want all the wood.....

Not sure about finer details at the moment, still working things out.

First interested party backed out, it's ours to get or leave at this point.

That BX is a pretty good deal. Not sure of the current price, but I paid $13,000 for a BX 2200 with MMM and FEL 18 years ago!

Fairly sure it's the ag tires.

The turf tires have closed tread, correct?

Those are industrial tires. They last longer than ag tires, but dont have quite the grip

I hope you can get a low interest rate. You can get a new with 0% for around $20k with a 72 month power train warranty. The price does sound good on the used one, the financing just makes it tough to sell a late model used tractor. Use the new tractor price/ financing as a bargaining tool. Find out if the 50hr service was done.

These are the best choice for a sub compact in my area and usage. Don't hurt the lawn a bit unless you spin or turn hard in 4wd.

That brings up a point.. the warranty.. is it transferable?

Sometimes the existing warranty can be transferred to a buyer.. something I hadn't considered.

    Thx 94Bullitt

I'm not sure if it is transferable. Another thing to consider is, does it have a lein.

If it does, I walk away.. I'm not taking chances on a non-clean title
    Another good point.

How does one "register/title" a tractor of this sort??
