    Clipping pastures after the cattle have rotated through. This pasture flooded on Christmas day, and I was worried I had missed picking up some of the debris, but didn’t find anything as I mowed.

    Like this size Kubota with Ag tires. I need to get my wife one of those for pasture/horse work.

    6" trenching bucket with quick attach coupler.

    Guess there's an orange paint shortage, darn Covid.
    :rofl: :lol::rofl: :lol:

    Meh.. Not sure which will care less, the tractor, or the dirt.

    Thought about asking for a discount as the 4-6 week lead time became 10 weeks, but I'm sure they're in the same fix as a lot of other manufacturers these days.

    This bucket size is more appropriate for some of the water/electrical ditches I've been digging.

    I'm taking a week off word to play.. err.. "work" on the property with my little B2601 as well as a KX040-4 that dropped by for a visit. Today was a warm up as I learned the machine. Pictured here was taking out an rock pile with oak stumps intermixed so I could create a swale for absorbing water and for my wife to put in button bushes. The swale is 3ft deep currently as I take out cleaned material with the B2601, final depth/shaped to be determined when the boss comes by later. Rocks went to the left, broken up material to the center, stumps to the back right, and small roots to the front right (for hand processing).

    Tonight's work is using the dirt to fill in around the house and other low/uneven areas around the property. Tomorrow I'll be cleaning up an area so I can start on a 6" culvert running 90ft under the driveway/garden.

    More to come!

    Two more good size stumps taken out of pasture yesterday. 6AD7C7A1-755C-48D2-ACE1-639C4E30CEE3.jpeg E36981EE-E689-4028-8A4A-106ECDECA329.jpeg

    The leach field is now finished off with the landscape rake. I waited until I had all stumps pulled to rake everything off at the same time. Just some hand steel raking to do to get the finishing touch and remove small rocks. Then it’s grass seed time. We are getting a little rain today. Yeah! Much needed!
