RCBS have you tried simply adding some dark brown sugar to the raw kraut? Have always had it cooked with pork loin, 1/2 can of beer and a tablespoon or 2 of dark brown sugar. If your looking for the probiotics, I guess skipping the cooking is required. ?? Good luck on your journey.
A coworker suggested raw apple cider vinegar "with The Mother" for cholesterol issues.. Couldn't put that stuff down no way.. no how.
I believe you’re supposed to mix it with water. At least that’s what someone told me. I know a few people who swear by it for arthritis as well as stomach issues.
Tried that.. still hit the "ralph factor".. didn't get sick.. but darn near wanted to. I've never been a vinegar fan.. don't eat much pickles foods.

I could eat a whole jar of klausen Pickles and then drink the juice. I always keep a jar of the juice in the fridge for hot days.
