Hello; not sure about the model number you quoted. The stove I have is called the Madison with model number 50-SHSSW02. The first issue I noticed with the stove was the spring handle on the damper control, the door would hit and push and drag the control in and out. I contacted ESW and they sent a new knob but it was the same diameter, they either need to find a new spring knob to use; the other cure would be to make the door a bit shorter as it really could be since the air wash plate covers that part of the glass anyway. The problem that I am now seeing is with the gaskets on the glass and the retaining clips for the glass. See: Madison Door Gasket As for the AAS feature, I have been using that and I like the feature. Before I guess at when to damper down the stove for over night burns. Now it is doing much better using the AAS.
