That appears to be a drum chipped, mine is a disc. I think I need to reset the gap on mine but not sure what it should be. Any thoughts? Woodchuck hyroller 1200

We got a foot. I'm "all set" for snow. It can be spring now! :D
Plus I tweaked the right wing on the plow and blew out the metal around the lift cylinder mount. 20230306_132341.jpg

I think it's just metal fatigue. After 8 years (+/-) bouncing around on our frost heaved cowpaths that some call roads and no suspension on the tractor going job to job plowing...
I did notice Saturday night that it wasn't lifting high as it usually does. Kept running it and even stopped thinking that I might see oil spitting out somewhere, never even crossed my mind to check for cracks in that 5x7x1/4" tube.
My continued use just kept on ripping it until I had to stop and it was very visible at that point.

I've got it cut out for a section of 1/2" plate and have some other idea in mind for tomorrow. 20230306_200711.jpg 20230306_200757.jpg
I'm not sure what I'll come up with but it'll probably involve some gussets.

I think that the fab you appreciate the frame mount for the plow that I put together. 20230306_200821.jpg
That was a fun challenge that's on its way destroying its 2nd plow without a scratch.

I see the chute has a clean out, so I’m wondering if it doesn’t have a blower. I used an old Morbark with no blower. Cleaning out jammed chutes sucks b@!!s.
