Any tractor dealer should have them. Tisco is a popular brand that sells them.

I bought a set a while back from my local Green dealer , it's cheaper to buy regular hooks to cut , grind and weld them on .

I was surprised and disappointed to see the 50 series John Deere’s were manufactured in INDIA... :picard:

I’m in the market for a tractor right now, and I have many dealers within a half hour drive. For a big purchase I do try to lean toward American companies that manufacture here, employ American workers, who will spend those paychecks here and further boost our economy. Partly why I have gone with several Ford Duper Duty’s- American Company, manufactured in the Kentucky truck plant. However, if it’s a quality thing, I will go with good quality and attention to detail

They also have a factory in China. It all is about the quality control.

Any idea where the JD 5075E is made? Their considering a new one at work...seems like a lot of tractor for the money...

It's fair enough when you consider that Indians used to be manufactured in the USA.

Thanks Dancan i think I will pick up 3 5/16 hooks in the next couple weeks. Should I bother trying to weld them on with my tiny fluxcore welder or just hit up my neighbour to stick weld them on? He’s pretty busy so could be a bit before he can get to it. Mind you it’s been a couple years without them and I have managed fine:). Just like doing stuff myself.
