got it from lonestar grillz...its 3/16" thick they also make a 1/4" one.

 

I've been using a Vantage Pro 2 for about 12 years now. Accurate and works good. Made in California too.

 

mines about 12 years old too...no problems...replaced the solar panel once and upgraded the rain collector to the areocone with bird spikes...this weather link live is pretty sweet
