hello again my friends. just taking the time to fill you all in on my absence over the last few months. back in late January my dad passed away suddenly from an undetected b cell lymphoma. needless to say it hit me pretty hard, and I have been just coping with it. along with the demands of helping mom with the house and such, so my time has been pretty well eaten up lately. as time has moved on, im starting to regain some of the passions for things I enjoyed prior to this. FHC being one of those passions. I look forward to "getting back in the saddle" and getting back to helping folks as best I can in the future. Love you all! Mike
Mike, sorry for your loss. Yes, time has a way of healing. Glad to hear you are starting to get back into the swing of things. Welcome home...................
Very sorry to hear Mike. Glad you're back and rarin' to go. We love you too, and no, that's not weird.
Oh man what a loss...really sorry man. Hope you and your mom are doing ok...I'm sure she will find a lot of strength from having you around. Glad you're back.
Sorry for your loss bro, tough times will work themselves out and you'll be back in the saddle again. Glad to see you back on FHC.
Welcome back Mike. Glad to have you here again. But it sounds as if you've had a tough row to hoe. Still, you are a tough man. With all that said, anything new in the works over there? Stove selling and installation seasons are getting really close now.
Welcome back Mike and sympathies for your loss. I seem to have lost track of a few members as time goes by, and it is good to see you here again.
Sorry for your loss Mike. I glad you are able to help your Mom through this. That is very important and I am sure your dad would appreciate it too. Welcome back to the family. Keep in touch as time allows. You are a valued asset.
Very sorry to hear of your loss Mike. Your Mom is lucky to have you there to help, and I'm sure it's been good to have her there to help you too. Good to have you back here.
thanks bro, and yeah, we've been working on filling out our "smartstove" line. a bigger and a smaller, AND at least one pellet stove. im working on a "burn anything" grill/smoker hoping to make a versatile , stand /portable (tailgater) setup that interchanges, should be able to use lump or briquette charcoal or wood chunks like you find in stores. if I can sell it to the big boss, it'll be in stores by spring I hope, if not i'll just build me one cuz I GOTTA HAVE ONE! to go with the gas grill, big green egg and ESW pellet grill on my deck (im a hoarder I guess) i'll start a new thread later to go over what we are working on in better detail. gotta hop for a bit , grilling some chicken on the pellet grill for dinner, see you all soon!
I can relate exactly what you're going through brother. Still trying to "regain"the passion for things since Mom passed almost two years ago. Glad you're still banging out stoves!
