Nope, The road way and the driveway. Did it last season with a smaller riding lawn tractor(14hp). This should be just big enough. I got chains, weights and weight box to go on it yet. Ran outta gas today. :BrianK:

24 hp Kohler with hydrastat drive. :tractor:

Glad you got a garden tractor instead of a lawn tractor. That blower takes some power to get going & push through the sn*w.

Twin. Runs sweat, But needs tinkering. Starting with a tune up/oil change. Then all new belts. :makeitrain"

The blower is 46" and it nearly stalls it. I got to lube and check all the bearings. Must be something getting tight?

Might have to pull the auger out of the housing, check end bearings, and maybe check the gearcase.

I've got chains for this season. Next seasons list has AG tires at all 4 corners and rears will get modded v link chains. Not sure filling the tires with washer fluid would help in the muck, But it should help traction otherwise. Likely do all 4 corners as well.

Not sure about the war being over, Seems its a battle every day lately. All I know for sure is I'm gonna limit my walking behind a sn*wbeast and enjoy the sittin until we move from this spot.

Next spot might not get sn*w, Or so much we will just not worry and act like a bear! Can't decide between the south or NH, VT or southern Maine........... Not sure I can take the heat of the southern summers! But if I have no need to go out in foul weather that works too. :D

Squirted some lube on the main carrier bearing and it spins much easier. So a full bearing change is going to happen. I gotta pull the whole darn thing apart anyway to change that main................

    :headbang:

Gonna ditch the manual lift and go with a linear actuator. Right shoulder no likey the manual chit!!

    :makeitrain"

Next season is a hydraulic conversion for the blower. Freak these belt drives!! Kind of feel like Snowy Rivers now! :D

Believe me, the fact there is not much in the way of any sn*w here, and "winter" is really only from about the beginning of Dec. - End of Feb. more than makes up for the hot summers. My back has said "thank you" to me all of the past 1 1/2 "winters".
All I brought down when I moved was 1 sn*w shovel, and a couple containers of ice melt.......none of which I have used yet. :coffee:
