Both the Philly game and the Vikings game were great to watch, both played in the snow.

 

What was the score woodlands? I use to watch the Vikings many moons ago.

Agreed, the Super Bowl is at The Meadowlands this year, billing it as the first cold weather outdoor Super Bowl, could get interesting.

 

Do they shovel the yard lines or is there glycol or similar running underneath them?

 

As long as I can watch the game sitting by my wood stove

 

Dont know about these particular stadiums, but the field crew has had to do the cleaning on previous games I have seen. Looks like they are using leaf blowers in the picture.

 

When I was a kid and it snowed we'd always get a pick up game of football going just a whole bunch of fun no sitting inside with the Xbox

 

This coming Super Bowl should be fun.

 

+1, agreed. Then again x-box didn't exist yet. Being outdoors as a kid then was the bomb.

 

True that , only had a B & W tv that got maybe 3 stations

 

And you had to get up and move to change the channel
