I have 2 blown discs in my back, that’s why a winch pulls them on the trailer, a quad pulls them off and I noodle them to facilitate handling for the splitter. I just can’t pass up that volume of free wood. Buck the downed tree and go.
If you can see in the background how I have those noodled quarters stacked those rows are almost 8’ deep. I split 1 row today of the noodled quarters and this pile of splits is the reward. If the good LORD doesn’t return first this will be some great firewood for 2023.
