    Sign of the times: annual Maine Maple Sunday ( 22 March) was cancelled.
    Individual sales at the farms allowed.
    Tough for the producers here.

    Grade A: Light amber, dark amber , dark.
    Grade B.
    Cognoscenti always prefer B....YUM.
