Yeah, looks like Cape Wind is going to keep floundering in litigation . Spending 35 million in New Bedford for port support never made much sense to me when Quonsett Point is ready to go and may be a better choice with no Hurricane Barrier in the way of big barges and some of the huge support vessels that would be required. Same with Rail. If instead of rebuilding transportation rail support for New Bedford and Fall River north to Boston they built it east and west between Providence and Buzzards Bay, South Coast residents would have rail transport to both Boston and Providence and to both Logan and Green Airports. Win-Win.
