Those are those hanging plastic bags made in Canada I think. Since my bride is still working and I am not, my job is to water them 2 times a day

I am a diligent waterer and take my job seriously because most smart men know "happy wife happy life" :D

Yes I've been over there quite a few times. I like hearing the old engines roar.
Our woods has many dead elms and we know what that means.

The greys and the yellows I mostly give away but the late season monster blondes are mine all mine!

I do put them in breakfast eggs and sometimes I use them somewhat sparingly in crock pot venison stew (don't want to over power the venison flavor) but my fav way is slice the monster blondes lengthwise and grill on a charcoal grill.
Over steaks, pork chops or hamburgers they are simply lip smackin' good

Muscoda Wisconsin is the self titled epicenter of morel mushrooms. Around Mothers Day they always have a big Morel Fest weekend. If you are ever in the area one must go to the Boy Scout booth for a morel brat.

The just grill the brats the normal way and toss em in a big Nesco cooker. Then they take a whole monster blonde out of another Nesco cooked in a beef broth type concoction. That's the only way I can explain it. The ladies won't tell me exactly what the solution the Morels are cooked in but they are out of this world. My mouth is watering as I type these words.
The boy scout booth always has a big line of hungry folks just waiting!
