I used to drink a lot of beer. Just don't really care about it anymore. I get a craving for one sometimes, especially when I'm on vacation. Sometimes I drink one and sometimes I don't. Been well over a year since I had one. Sent from my moto g(7) power using Tapatalk
Hi jdk , Great first post! You are going to enjoy breaking free from your lurker status and we all hope to see lots of great posts and pictures. I know what you mean about constantly being teased about the firewood obsession. But when it's cold outside and the teasers come over, everyone hangs out by the wood stove! Pleased to make your acquaintance.
Welcome jdk. Glad you started posting along with reading. I must say that is a great first post. Hope to hear more from you. Good to hear you like old tractors. Although I never got much time on a Farmall I did get plenty after I met a pretty lass and then married her. Her father, a farmer was happy she was marrying a fellow born and raised on a farm, kept me on his tractors often and it was either a Farmal M or a John Deere. I grew up running JD and Allis Chalmers.
Welcome jdk ... A long time lurker, huh? 2015? I'd say so...... Dont be so shy on your second post. ....
Thanks for the welcome everyone. So, as requested, I will try my luck at posting a picture. Here is one with my two tractors. Out for a Sunday drive earlier in the fall.
jdk, you need to upload the picture rather than trying to copy and paste. Look at the bottom right in the box where you are typing. Click on "Upload a File." Choose your picture, hit okay then place and click the cursor where you want the picture to go. Now choose "Thumbnail" and your picture will be right where you want it.
Hi, Jim here in NC getting this forum figured out. Got into making firewood a few years ago, never had a wood stove before that. Now I have time to start stocking up and probably sell some next year.
Welcome to FHC. You'll like it here. We like beer, dogs and pics. Lots of pics. Lots of knowledgeable people here who are willing to share.
This is most of my clan at Tweetsie railroad last night. That's me holding my two year old granddaughter. I have 2 daughters and 5 grandchildren. My oldest daughter and son in law didn't go.
