    My physical activity level has bottomed out the past few weeks. Work has been busy, weather outside sucks, and no major projects going on at home. When my activity level drops so does my appetite. I ate "lunch" yesterday at about 2:30PM. Haven't eaten anything since. Still not hungry yet.
