Yep, it also covered my toddlers feet quite well while she helped me, as well as where I brushed up against the wall. It will be a shame to cover up her lil footprints when we put down flooring
Yes, but look at it this way...you will always have that memory under the flooring. Kind of makes it special.
I'm actually in the middle of renovating the kids bathroom right now. Paint, new shower curtain, curtain, light fixtures, vanity, sink etc, The only paint I would ever use is the Benjamin Moore Regal line. I've tried the Aura line but didn't find it worth the extra money. As others have said it's all in the prep and that paint with the primer in it is 100% marketing IMO. I always start by spackling and using an electric palm sander to go over every inch of the wall to get as nice clean, flat surface. 1 coat primer 2 coats paint. Eggshell for most walls, semigloss for trim and flat for ceiling. I have a thing for white trim. I absolutely abhor unfinished or wood grain trim. It just looks dingy and dated to me in an every day residential home. Maybe it's a New England thing but for me, if it aint white, it aint right!
