    Here is my sifter unit I used.

    My Quad had a spring type auger and not a solid screw and cylinder type auger like my two current stoves have.

    Quads and Heatilators will leave a substantial amount of fines at the bottom of the hopper because of the auger type.

    If cleaned and vacuumed on a regular basis ? It's not an issue, but if you try to go a few months? Fines build up and because they have a auger slide/feed plate? The fines fill the area where the Pellets are fed.
