Lower level, will have kitchen over by the small window and a 1/2 bath behind the boarded up door in the cement wall. (BTW, framing at the cement wall is actually about 1.5" off the cement so it is not actually touching)

Framing is such quick progress, unfortunately the rest takes longer. That looks like a real nice size add-on, you are the man mike bayerl and family.

Dang it! State of PA has deemed builders "non-essential" so they have to stop work on the addition. Apparently, the electricians are considered "emergency workers" so they can finish the rough wiring, but that's all for now. C'est la vie.

Hopefully you can get up on the roof and weather proof it along with whatever holes are left in the walls. No need to lose to the elements what you have already completed. It was going pretty good for you too.

Plenty of hoarders in your area. This may not end soon. How critical is it your in laws get in there?

We're the amish of firewood, certainly in everyone's "time off" this can be finished in a weekend.....

Thankfully, we are not in a rush. Rihjr now FIL lives across town in his own place. Of course, he was getting excited to move, but he'll be o.k. Apparently, PA has a waiver program for smsll business like our contractor so they mighr be able to get some work done during quarantine. If not, we be o.k. Thanks for thinking of us.

The rest of the guys have been back at work since Monday. Rough electric- done. Plumbing going in now. Demo for the deck is done. Deck should be done by the end of the week? The french doors were installed going into the main house now. Wood stove has been temporarily moved into it's new resting spot in the corners. We will be tiling in a slate hearth underneath the stove. Anyone looking for a tempered glass ember protector??? The walls will eventually be just plain drywall, no heat protection needed. It's very nice to see progress again. FIL is absolutely tickled about it, and he is usually super stoic. View attachment 259497

Thank you. Try again? They show up on mine now. I had some duplicates at first so I had to edit it. Maybe you tried to read it while I was editing?
